Syed Jazib Ali is a documentarian and media practitioner dedicated to amplifying marginalised voices and advocating for human rights, social equality and climate justice. Born on the frontline of the India-Pakistan conflict in Jammu and Kashmir, Jazib's early experiences of oppressive power structures shaped his commitment to creating impactful narratives that highlight systemic oppression and underrepresented narratives. 

With an MA in Journalism and Documentary Practice from the University of Sussex and a career rooted in powerful storytelling, Jazib has gained international acclaim for crafting decolonized narratives that challenge the status quo and drive social change.. His work highlights critical issues such as minority rights under authoritarianism, disinformation in democracy, the state vs. refugees, and environmental justice for Indigenous groups, consistently striving to drive social change through his work.​
