Bio
Sharon Yeung is a storyteller and impact producer. She founded Singing Cicadas, a nonfiction storytelling collective turned social impact creative agency with the vision to drive change with transformative storytelling and cultural strategy. She is an award winning filmmaker and VR creator with her latest project MADE: meet me at the end of the assembly line. She is a TedxYouth speaker and a storytelling fellow at DocNYC, IDFA Projectspace, and Sundance Producers Summit. In 2019, she co-created a festival called Games for Change in Hong Kong to promote using games to bring awareness to social issues. She was the Creative Director at Spark Foundation where she spearheaded ‘Creativity is’, a 3 year impact project and campaign that explores transformation for young people in Hong Kong.
