Bio

Odín Acosta Ascencio, has collaborated in more than 100 projects as sound designer, sound editor and mixer. His sound work stands out in stop motion short films: Zimbo, Los Aeronautas and Cerulia, winners of the ARIEL award. He participated in the sound studio of the Berlin Talent Campus in 2013. He has attended talks with filmmakers such as Wong Kar-Wai, Walter Murch, Skip Lievsay and Carter Burwell. He made his debut as producer of the documentary film “Away from meaning” by Olivia Luengas Magaña, he is co-producer of “Los años azul” by Sofía Gómez Córdova and “Tío Yim” by Luna Maran in 2019. He has just completed the production management of the second unit of Pinocchio by Guillermo del Toro and Mark Gustafson
