Bio
I’m an executive, impact strategist, and strategic communicator with over 10 years of experience leading social and environmental mobilization projects and campaigns. Currently, I serve as CEO at CLARICE, a studio focused on research and audiovisual productions about women challenging the status quo and redefining power. I firmly believe that strategic communications, in all its forms, play a pivotal role in bringing social and environmental issues to the forefront of public awareness to unlock narrative shift and systemic change.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked with companies, UN agencies, philanthropies, NGOs, grassroots movements, activists, faith groups and filmmakers worldwide. I spent three years as Head of Purpose Brasil, led innovative gender initiatives like Mapa do Acolhimento and Beta Chatbot, and developed acclaimed audiovisual projects such as the documentary web series Imagina na Copa and the impact campaign for The Edge of Democracy (Netflix), which was Oscar-nominated in 2020.
I'm an MBA graduate in Marketing (FGV/SP) and a specialist in Design for Social Change from The School of Visual Arts (NYC). My work has been recognized with awards like the Google Stories Challenge, Cannes Lion, Anthem Awards, and the Emmy Awards. I currently sit on the boards of five social organizations focused on gender, democracy, LGBTQ+ rights, civic space, and climate justice.
