Bio

Egyptian Independent filmmaker and digital media skills trainer graduated at faculty of Mass Communication, “ Tv and Radio” department in Cairo University. She studied filmmaking at Arab Film TV School. After joining Raise your voice Academy for learning documentary filmmaking with the German director Francisca Araiza, she directed short documentaries and one feature documentary discusses identity crisis. She was documentary director and filmmaking trainer at YASH. It is a German Egyptian cooperative project that aims to produce short documentaries made by beginners which tackling gender roles, gender dynamics and harassment for awareness campaigns through community screening and social media platforms by GIZ. She is a fellow at Beirut DC Impact Fellowship and intern at “From Here” Impact campaign that targeting highlighting Immigrants and Refugees issues.
