Lesedi Mphothwe is an award-winning Botswana-based filmmaker with a proven track record of producing, directing, facilitating and impact producing. Holding a Bachelor of Arts in Motion Picture Medium (Honours) from AFDA, she has worked on acclaimed TV dramas, documentaries, and short films.Lesedi has served as a festival juror for various international film festivals. As the Co-founder and Festival Director of the Bantu Film Festival, Lesedi is a driving force in the Botswana creative industry, championing local talent and amplifying diverse voices in Africa.
