Bio

Lara specialises in documentary and impact through her production company Small World Documentaries. She has worked as a short-form content creator for the ABC, National Geographic, MBC in Dubai and the creative agency BDA in London. She edited the Walkley finalist feature doc Mary Meets Mohammad and recently worked on Christmas Island shooting and producing behind-the-scenes for a Plimsoll Productions' blue-chip natural history series. Lara has made over 70 short films and was co-producer / filmmaker of the multi-award-winning Tasmanian web-series Women of the Island. She recently ran an impact campaign for the ABC film Road Kill Warriors which premiered at Sydney Film Festival.
