Bio

Keefe Murren is a non-profit leader, cultural strategist, and filmmaker. Most recently Keefe was the Executive Director of FilmAid International, an organization that harnesses the power of film and media to inform, educate and inspire displaced people and other vulnerable populations around the world. Keefe started his career as a documentary filmmaker before becoming a digital storyteller and eventually director of digital media at SundanceTV. Keefe currently works as a consultant assisting youth focused non-profits in the US, South Africa, Nepal, Turkey, and Colombia. A firm believe in the power of personal storytelling to not only spark debate, but fuel and sustain positive social change.
