Bio

I am a coalition builder and network weaver based in Berlin who specialize in the intersection of social movements and film productions, focusing on land defenders and issues related to water and energy. Part of the work that I do are impact campaigns, public relations, and community outreach for projects that envision post-capitalist realities. Since leaving my home country of Chile more than a decade ago, I have been deeply connected to South America and engaged with "trans-local movements", fostering mutual solidarity and sharing knowledges across various localities. Through this journey, I have developed narrative strategies and visual storytelling skills. My aim is to utilize simple & direct visual language as a catalyst for action and long-term societal improvements. Currently, I am a freelancer working with the Andean Wetlands Alliance and setting up a film & impact production company called Red Leaves Films with some solid colleagues. I am always open to collaborate with non-profit organizations, local grassroots movements, regenerative products and services, arts, and media. My work has been featured in Deutsche Welle, Süddeutsche Zeitung, El País Spain and CNN Chile, amongst others. Feel free to connect with me whenever you feel like it!
