Bio
John is the co-founder of OTOXO Productions, an award winning production company, based in Barcelona. We create character focused, narrative driven docs to raise the sound of unheard voices & shed a light on unseen faces. OTOXO make feature, 30 minute & short docs, & produce for TV & media both in Spain & internationally, on channels & platforms such as Rakuten TV, The Guardian, El Pais, GuideDoc, TV3, BTV & ZOOMIN. Their films have also featured frequently in festivals across the globe. Also, through our ‘INto INdustry’ programme we give young, socially motivated people a combination of rigorous training & professional filmmaking opportunities, & help them become social impact filmmakers in their own right.
