Bio

Jen Nedbalsky-Neal is a results-oriented change catalyst and seasoned impact producer with a track record of developing high visibility impact campaigns that launch films towards public visibility and advocacy goals. As the outreach and impact lead at the Human Rights Watch Film Festival,  she launched campaigns for 30 films per year, planning partnerships around global premieres and community screenings. A positive, energetic and forward thinking leader with an entrepreneurial and deeply collaborative spirit, she fuses her skill set as a strategist, creative producer and communicator into campaigns that propel storytellers and activists towards policy change and impact. Her backgrounds includes educational distribution, creation of discussion guides and take action toolkits, web design, film publicity and planning screenings to target key policy makers. Jen is known for her experience and creativity, for her deep connections within the social justice and entertainment landscapes and for the passion and joy she brings to this work.

Jen is open to freelance and full time work, and has recently contributed to film campaigns for Together Films, 8 Above Films and The Marshall Project.
