haydée “hr” souffrant is a Chicago-based Haitian American writer, producer, and facilitator. she's worked on fiction podcasts, stage and production management, and has developed a robust body of work in visual and performance art and facilitated discussions on healing and restorative justice practices for people of color, artists, educators, youth, and adult audiences. As an arts administrator, haydée has coordinated and produced performances, artist festivals and film programs, and has served as a documentary film screener and programmer.
