Claire Cornetta has worked in social impact film for the past four years. She has designed and executed award-winning impact campaigns at Participant, as well as supported other efforts in the space, including NRDC's Rewrite the Future, an initiative that helps Hollywood tell climate-informed stories. As an impact producer, Claire focused predominantly on environmental justice, food systems, and public health, working on films including DARK WATERS and THE FIRST WAVE. Claire is compelled to continue immersing herself in stories and communities as a compassionate visitor in each space. She firmly believes in the power of stories to empower people, affect change, and pursue justice and is grateful to help bring these stories into the world. Her educational and early professional background is in journalism and politics, with a degree from Wake Forest University. Claire lives in Conifer, CO, but splits her time in Los Angeles.
