Bio
Claire Cornetta is a strategist, impact producer, and co-founder of Carrot Impact, a creative social impact agency helping movements, media-makers, and mission-driven organizations build transformative campaigns that hold up under pressure. She’s best known for translating complexity into clarity – alchemizing deep listening and rigorous analysis into strategies that are rooted in justice and built to last. At Participant, Claire was an impact producer on DARK WATERS, THE FIRST WAVE, and FOOD INC, 2, blending structural, systemic, and community initiatives to design and achieve strategic wins for each project. Her work has been recognized by the UN SDG Action Awards, Cannes Lions, Fast Company, the Shorty Social Good Awards, and the Anthem Awards.
At Carrot Impact, Claire specializes in stewarding stories that compel people and shift culture – blending research, coalition strategy, and community engagement to make sure the work is both emotionally resonant and structurally sound. Her campaigns span climate justice, public health, food systems, and reproductive justice – but she refuses to silo the work, because, as she says: everything is connected. Claire brings rigor, heart, and integrity to every project. She believes transformation happens when we stop pretending we’re separate – and that the most effective impact work is built around community.
She’s also the co-host of Often Wrong, a podcast about nuance, unlearning, and having the audacity to grow out loud. Off the clock, she’s a mother to two horses, a collector of handwritten notes, and an ordained minister.
