Christina Ifubaraboye, the founder and creative director of IMBUU, has a background in media and public affairs. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications from the University of Hertfordshire and is well-versed in art, media financing, and communication. She's currently working on her debut film, "Pülö," which centers on her hometown, Okrika. The documentary explores an environmental crisis in the Niger Delta community, offering a female-centric perspective on the climate crisis in indigenous societies. Prior to establishing IMBUU, Christina refined her skills in writing, strategy, and marketing at The Ben Enwonwu Foundation, Omenka magazine, and Omenka Gallery. She also crafted impactful campaigns for reputable brands at Evoke Communications, finding a balance between the arts and the corporate world as an account manager and copywriter. Her expertise revolves around understanding what makes a product timeless in the audience's psyche. Christina's passions encompass film, popular culture, media, and its influence in the digital age. Her primary focus is on challenging commonly misconstrued narratives in society.
