Bio

Catherine-Mercedes Judge has over 17 years of experience leading programs and campaigns across multiple sectors, including labor unions, nonprofits, and government. From recruiting and training youth and adult commissioners on how to advance equitable policies in the Bay Area, to developing media advocacy and organizational change campaigns, Catherine is deeply motivated by a vision on connecting people with their personal and collective power in moving towards societal change. She received her MPA at Baruch College through the National Urban Fellows Program and BA in Urban Studies at Queens College. Catherine recently completed a fellowship focused on building equitable art spaces with The Cultural Space Agency in Seattle, a Public Development Authority designed to build community wealth through investing in long-term affordable commercial cultural space.
