Bio

Aprille is an impact producer and documentary filmmaker under her production company Small Bird, a Palestinian focused documentary production company and the co-founder of Arts Impact Society, a not-for-profit organisation which utilises art as a means of resistance and cultural preservation. Aprille has experience supporting films like Kirsten Johnson’s ‘Cameraperson’ and working alongside acclaimed producers such as Julie Goldman. Recently completing the Impact Producer Program with Documentary Australia supporting the campaign rollout on a number of projects such as 'Trailblazers' she is dedicated to using artful storytelling to address vital social issues.
