Bio

I am an independent creative professional specialising in documentary - both film and radio, usually somewhere in between current affairs and culture.

When not working on film, radio or impact projects, I also work as an independent funeralist - helping families plan unique end of life services.

My network of contacts in the UK and internationally ranges from musicians, activists and educationalists to entrepreneurs, digital innovators and politicians.

My film credits range from producing million pound multi-part series for BBC such as ‘A South American Journey with Jonathan Dimbleby’ to directing low-budget independent feature films like ‘As Old As My Tongue’.

Most recently I was the 'Executive Impact Producer' on the ARICA campaign. See the case study film here

I have also acted as a mentor and advisor to a number of organisations including Doc Society, HotDocs Blue Ice Fund, Northern Film and Media, Berlinale’s Talents Durban Doc Station and South Africa’s ATFT delegations to Doc/Fest Sheffield.
