I am the Production Manager at Exposure For Media Production, JO since June 2019. As the Executive Producer, I lead a team of 12 in producing feature films and TV programs. I manage the production process, budgeting, and scheduling, and collaborate with partners to ensure project goals are met. I oversee production as a creative producer. I was the Media Consultant at Ahel For Community Organizing, JO from May 2019 to June 2020. I oversaw and coordinated the company's online activities, including website and social media management, marketing campaigns, and advocacy efforts. I created and executed digital marketing strategies, analyzed web traffic and user metrics, and maintained brand consistency across all digital channels. From Jan 2018 to May 2019, I was the Digital Media Specialized at (ARIJ) Arab Reporters for Investigative Journalism, JO. As the Digital Director, I was responsible for analyzing and visualizing data and specializing in customizing digital marketing plans for content based on three online solutions: web design, digital marketing, and social media. I also designed and programmed interactive landing pages for surveys. I was responsible for implementing digital transformation strategies and developing digital processes within the organization. I was the Digital Media and SM Manager at (SCHS) Sharjah City for Humanitarian Services, UAE, from Dec 2015 to Jan 2018. I established a media production and training center for persons with disabilities and conducted research on media coverage related to the rights of persons with disabilities in UAE newspapers.
